131. Korma Dishes
Very much recommended for beginners and mild curry eaters. A delicate preparation of coconut cream and selected spices producing a very mild but rich creamy texture.
132. Bhuna Dishes
A thoroughly garnished dish with onions, tomatoes, chilli & herbs and spices extensively treated to produce a dish of medium strength. A little condensed but one of the most tasteful dishes.

A Persian style dish with lentils garlic-lemon juice, sugar and  pineapple producing a delicious sweet & sour taste for the oriental eaters.
